Proud dad. Arnold Schwarzenegger swept over the son-in-law Chris Pratt after watching his newest Marvel movie.
“Last night I watched #GuardiansOfTheGalaxyVol3 and just WOW!” Terminator star, 75 years old, wrote via Twitter on Friday, April 28th. “@prattprattpratt you crushed him. Non-stop, the perfect mix of comedy and action. I liked it and I’m very, very proud of you.”
Pratt, 43, married Katherine SchwarzeneggerArnold’s daughter and ex-wife Maria Shriver, in 2019. He and the author, 43, have daughters Lila, 2, and Eloise, 11 months. jurassic world the star also shares son Jack, 10, with his ex-wife Anna Faris.
Katherine was next to Pratt at the film’s premiere in Los Angeles. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 on Thursday, April 27, and she agreed with her father about the movie.
“Proud wife!” she captioned red carpet photos via Instagram. “Laughing and crying the last and watching my husband get excited about his journey with this amazing film and a group of people who love and respect each other so deeply. Such a beautiful thing to see. This film is exceptional.”
Pratt returns as Peter Quill/Star-Lord in the upcoming film. The continuation is considered final in guardians of the galaxy trilogy.

After starring in three guardians of the galaxy films, one holiday special and two Avengers movies, Pratt made history as the first Marvel Cinematic Universe actor to say “hell” on the big screen.
“I think everyone has tried,” Pratt said during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Thursday. “In a PG-13 movie, you usually get two SH-words and you usually don’t get one, but maybe you can get one F-word. So everyone is always lobbying, like they’re throwing out improvisation in order to succeed. For years. It’s not the first time I’m trying to act in films. But yeah, they edited it together and it was a fun bit and that’s why they kept it. I’m very excited about this.”
