The secret lies in that very simple word: keto. We found that by restricting caloric intake to 800-900 per day you get the widely known health benefits of ‘fasting’. Many classic ketogenic diets have been extremely harsh and unhealthy, but as you can see from Claire’s recipes here, you can actually enjoy nutritious food — even the occasional dessert — while still eating that healthy, nutritious diet.
