Be strong for mom. Savannah Chrisley shared the news about how her mother, Julie Chrisleycoping with his new life in prison.
“She sent me letters home for 30-40 days … basically it was like her daily diary,” Chrisley knows best The 25-year-old kvass said on Monday, May 1, on an episode of her “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley”, noting that she ends up reading them aloud later.
Savannah admitted that her 50-year-old mother repented of the responsibility that she placed on her, while Julie and Savannah’s father, Todd Chrisleyare serving their prison sentences. (Julie was sentenced to seven years in prison, while Todd, 54, is serving 12 years. In June 2022, the couple were convicted on multiple counts of banking and electronic fraud, tax evasion and conspiracy.)
“There was a lot of reading, it was hard to see the reports of her day and just what she’s afraid of or nervous about or just all the thoughts that come to her mind,” shared Savannah, who was granted custody of her 16 – Grayson’s year-old brother and 10-year-old niece Chloe amid her parents’ sentencing in November 2022. “And the absence of my father with her is the most important thing.”

“She’s just busy. You know, like, she tries to do everything and everything, go to classes, (be) first at bat – everything a man knows, what she can do, she does, ”Savannah explained, noting that her mother refers to the type of people who like to get things done and focus on their health.
The Sassy by Savannah founder, who has visited her parents on numerous occasions, shared that she believes her mom tried to “shield” her kids “from a lot of things” about their legal issues in order to protect them.
In January, Us weekly confirmed that Todd turned himself in at the FPC Pensacola Minimum Security Facility in Florida to begin serving his sentence, while Julie reported to the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky.
In addition to Savannah and Grayson, Todd and Julie are also the parents of a son. chase26. Todd, for his part, is also the father of a daughter Lindsey33 years old and son Kyle31 years he shares with his ex-wife Teresa Terry.
Before Julie left for Kentucky, she told how she handled everything and tried to stay strong for her family.
